By installing WhatsFly – WhatsApp Order Notifications you agree to use the app only for lawful transactional and opted-in WhatsApp communication.

Merchant responsibilities

• Provide valid WhatsFly credentials and approved WhatsApp templates.
• Send marketing or abandoned-checkout messages only with documented consent.
• Comply with WhatsApp Business Platform and Shopify policies.
• Understand that WhatsFly/WhatsApp fees are separate from the Shopify app charge.

Service

The app queues Shopify webhooks and sends template messages through WhatsFly. An API-accepted response is not proof of WhatsApp delivery. We do not guarantee Shopify App Store approval or uninterrupted WhatsApp delivery.

Plans and limits

Monthly notification limits are enforced server-side. Unused quota does not roll over unless a future plan says otherwise.
